Members
We have some new members who have
joined in the last few months: Karen Austin, Jim Duddy, Sharon Chong,
Susan Parlier, and Paul Smarrella. We also welcome back Donna & John
Rahart and past President Ruth Bronson.
Recipe
I have a very short recipe this month. Pop the stems out of some
Agaricus bisporus and fill the caps with pesto. Yum! And in
response to a question which arose about last month's recipe, the 2 T of
margarine used for the pizza crust is mixed in with the other ingredients.
Meeting/Potluck - July 1st
We will meet this month at Ellen Reed's house for a
Potluck dinner. The gathering begins at 6PM on
Tuesday, July 1st.
Ellen will make potato salad and have a watermelon on ice. Bring an
entrée, side dish, dessert, or whatever. There will be a grill
available.
If you have a chair or two you could easily throw in the car, it might
help to bring them along.
Taylor Lockwood - July

John and MaryLee Sparks
are hosting Taylor
Lockwood, who is briefly visiting Albuquerque and will treat NMMS
members to a viewing of his slide show spectacular on July
8th. MaryLee suggests that we watch the show at their
house, where we will meet at about 7:30PM for coffee
